Now, start acting like that person. Change how you think and do those good habits every day, little by little. Keep asking yourself, "What would my best self do?"
I wanted to act like a runner, so I started by walking and jogging at the gym. Now, I run 3 miles a day. I also asked myself what a runner eats and how they exercise, adjusting my diet and routines accordingly. This shows how small steps can lead to big changes over time.
